She wrote: "And that same President is enjoying medical attention abroad! What utter hypocrisy and absolute zero character and integrity!
"There is a hausa proverb that says if u want to dig hole of wickedness dig a short one because you might be the one to fall in. It fits PMB."

Police had no evidence to charge my client _Evans Lawyer

Ogungbeje says Evans is being kept unnecessarily because the police does not have evidence to charge him Ogungbeje says Evans is being kept unnecessarily because the police does not have evidence to charge him
- An unnamed family member says there are worries among Evans' people that he may have been allegedly killed by the police
- He says there were reports that Evans was imprisoned in an underground cell
Olukoya Ogungbeje, lawyer to notorious kidnapper Evans, has revealed that the Nigeria Police Force is yet to charge the suspect to court because it had no evidence against him.
Ogungbeje told The Sun that the police is holding his client unnecessarily since arrest
He said: “We are not saying that we want to ensure that our client escapes justice at all costs. What we are saying is that we were given letter of representation and properly briefed and we have the claim to represent him within the confines of the law.
“As we speak, there is no single evidence of the matter, do you know that there is no single witness in that matter, do you know that no single case file has been opened on that matter? He has been moved to Abuja.
“Someone that we did not have access to while in Lagos Police Command, how do you think that we will be able to access him in Abuja? The police keep on brainwashing him, they keep on threatening him, they keep on deceiving him. Take him to court, that is what the law says. The police are only playing the ostrich
"Do you know as his lawyer, I have been denied access to him, do you know that the father, his mother, his wife and children have been denied access to him? The police are not telling the truth. Why have they not published the court order they claimed to have got? Let them name the judge.“They are only misinforming the public. They are not bold enough to publish the order. In short, they don?t have it. The police have been mischievous. There is more to it than meet the eye. The matter is in court and we should allow the court to handle the case and wait for the outcome of the matter.”Ogungbeje said he was not the only one barred from seeing Evan as even his wife, children and parents have been refused access to him since he was arrested.
Watch Ara TV videos on YouTube @AraTV Ojuse, it will take you there
There is also worry that Evans may have been killed by the police since nobody had access to him.
 A south-east based member of Evan’s
Family, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said:
“We are scared something terrible may have happened to him because of the way police has handled this matter so far especially the way his movement from Lagos was shrouded in secrecy. How would we have known if not your paper (Saturday Sun) which exposed the move in your report last weekend?
“From our own investigation, we learnt he was first dumped in an underground cell at the force headquarters in Abuja. Though we have also heard that he has been moved to a secret location believed to be the FCID cell in Garki area of Abuja, we are yet to confirm that or his exact location and wellbeing as we speak?”
Ara TV  reported earlier that Speaker of the Lagos state House of Assembly Mudashiru Obasa hinted that alleged notorious kidnapper,Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, better known as Evans, may be prosecuted in the state.
The argument is that most of his alleged criminal activities were carried out in Lagos state where he was also arrested in his Magodo estate mansion.
Obasa gave the hint on Thursday, July, 13, at the 2nd edition of the state House of Assembly/Media and Civil Society organisations parley where issues relating to security dominated discussions.

“He is taking some wrong steps that will fail him to actualize his dream as a leader of Biafra.
“Then the Igbo should not expect the Presidency in 2019. Their time has not come.
“I am talking as a prophet not as a politician. Kanu is still going to face a lot of challenges and if he is not careful enough, he may miss it.

I went to find out how he was doing - Osinbajo share more

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has disclosed more details on his meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari
- A source within the presidency said the visit might be to prove that nobody was trying to hide anything pertaining the president's health to Osinbajo
- Osinbajo said he won't go into the specifics of all his discussions he had with President Buhari
In a report by Daily Trust, sources close to the presidency say Acting President Yemi Osinbajo's visit to President Muhammadu Buhari in London may not be unconnected with a number of issues cropping up in the seat of power.
Ara TV : gathered that there are much more to the recent visit than Osinbajo’s comments about President Buhari recuperating fast.
A source said there is a latent division in the presidency between loyalists of Buhari and the acting president.
READ ALSO: Osinbajo lands in Ibadan for funeral of ex Apc Chieftain's
The source said: "There are also issues concerning the EFCC chairman, Ibrahim Magu, cabinet reshuffle, the fate of Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ayo Oke who have been on suspension for months, the NHIS man and all that. But generally, I believe the visit was to somehow douse tension.

Again, all this may be speculative in the end. But I know for sure there are issues and there's a division."
Another source said the visit might be to prove to Osinbajo that nobody was trying to hide anything pertaining the president's health to him.
The source added that there appears to be "silent division" in the presidency and that based on observations, the relationship between the president and the acting president’s staff is not as cordial as it used to be.
Some of the president's men are said not to be happy with the way Osinbajo has been taking some decisions and dealing with matters.
"Some people are also not happy with some of the changes the acting president did. For example, some of the president's men were not comfortable with the changes in PenCom and Bank of Industry," the source said.
On if some appointees do not give Osinbajo due respect, the source said:"I don't think that's the case. I know the man. He's a very humble person. He's not power-drunk to the extent that he'll expect too much respect from anybody. In any case, I don't see anybody disrespecting him."
On Wednesday, July 12, when asked what exactly he discussed with Buhari, Osinbajo said he went to check on the president, find out how he was doing and brief him on the developments in Nigeria.
Osinbajo while speaking with State House correspondents on the outcome of his meeting with President Buhari in the United Kingdom Tuesday night, July 11, stressed that the president was in a very high spirit, recuperating fast and would return to Nigeria very shortly.
The acting president stated: "Well, first, as you know, I went to see him, I went to check on him find out how he was doing. I had, of course, been speaking with on the phone and I thought it would be a good thing to go and see him and, you know, generally check up on how he was doing and also to brief him on developments back at home.
"So, we had a very good time, we had a very good conversation on wide ranging issues and he is in very good spirits, he is recuperating very quickly and he is doing very well."
On if the president will return before 90 days of his departure for London, Osinbajo said it is not a good thing to give such a deadline.
Osinbajo also disclosed that he did not have any date in mind for the inauguration of the two new ministers-designate, Stephen Ocheni and Suleiman Hassan.
The acting president also stressed that he was not in a position to say anything about when they would be sworn in. He said they would be sworn in very soon.
Osinbajo while speaking with journalists yesterday that they didn't discuss anything like the swearing-in of the ministers-designate, adding that he could not go into the specifics of all his discussions with Buhari.
In a previous report by Ara TV , Osinbajo briefed Buhari concerning some of the threat of secession and he was given the commendation to continue to maintain the unity of the country.
A source said: “The President endorsed all the consultations and actions taken by the Acting President and asked him to continue to take steps to keep Nigeria indivisible.
“The President was delighted that Osinbajo managed the threats to the nation’s unity with courage and maturity.” “Osinbajo secured approval to take some decisions and make some appointments.”
